Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Support@MadisonNelson.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first initiating a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already own, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
